“Just like being at home”

This property was amazing, the hosts are super friendly and caring. They take great pride in their property. Our suite was warm and inviting. As my sister put it “just like being at home”. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone. We will definitely be back soon.

“Staff are friendly, professional, and available”

We came to ride the train and stayed the night and have to ask, how can this place only be rated as a 2-star lodging? The staff are friendly, professional, and available. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and well appointed. We were very impressed with the fact that the rooms are well sealed in that easily very cold climate - not the case in other places we stayed on this trip.

If we come to ride the train again, we definitely will stay at the Chama Trails Inn.

“Rooms cozy & inviting”

Great place to take a nice, leisurely vacation! Fireplace in the room kept the entire room warm. Beds were VERY comfortable! Rooms cozy & inviting. Grounds were clean & kempt. Owners very nice. Will definitely stay there next time I'm in town for the train ride

“Very clean and comfortable”

We came to Chama for the Cubres & Toltec SRR and stayed here. We arrived late and they left the light on and a key. Very cute little motel and Austin and Karlee’s are wonderful hosts! Definitely return! May I also add very clean and comfortable!
